Behaviour including harassment and profane language will NOT be tolerated.
Understanding that on occasion information may need to be sourced from another member of our team, which may require additional time to service you properly.
Respecting the confidentiality of team members and other clients.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL with the following exception:
EXCHANGE ONLY for defective or malfunctioning mechanical devices at the discretion of CLOUD 29.
